Hello, I would like to pass on my comment, With regards to the recent alarm fitted by crime stop security systems ltd. What can I say ....... absolutely fantastic! Not really sure what I expected but thank you so much. 1. The guys who fitted the system were polite and respected my home. 2. The alarm was fitted with no mess and no fuss ( which again not sure what I expected but I certainly thought some mess at least ! ) 3. Price quoted is the price you pay, no hidden extras. 4. Tara I would recommend crime stop to anyone , my nan 18 years ago first used crime stop , we used then in 1997 and again 2 months ago and when we needed a new system. last sunday morning it was going off and a man came out on the sunday to sort it out , it was fantastic at 4am when the alarm was going off , to ask an expert for help. The man at the other end of the phone was so helpful as was then man who came out , all i can say is that the after service was fantastic and would recommend them to anyone , a happy customer from hedon

Over the last week, the alarm has sounded twice for no apparent reason. I am writing to thank you for the efficient service provided by your Company in respect of my alarm system. My alarm system was fitted by crime stop security in April 2004 and it has been working perfectly since that time. I now feel totally secure following 2 burglaries at my property before the alarm system was fitted. Apart from the usual annual services, which are very cheap in these days of high prices, I have only had to contact you on two occasions for advice and assistance. Many thanks crime stop security When i called and asked about your alarm package for £199.00 i expected you to say you will need this and you will need that and the price would go up. However when i called and asked about the package you explained to me about the £199.00 and the price stayed the same, on monday when you installed the alarmfor me i was expecting to have wires all over and need to re decorate, I am glad to say i was very wrong no wires to see and no need to re decorate, Not many people say what they are going to do and then do it so may i say thank you once again and i will be recommending you to every one.

I would like you to pass on my thanks for the service I have recently received from your company. Last weekend my house alarm malfunctioned and I called the number on the alarm panel. Unfortunately this was the number of a rival company in Hull. They assured me that the transformer was burnt out and I needed a new panel, the quote to complete the job was just short of £420 plus the £54 call out charge. In total £474. I phoned your company as I felt this quote was expensive and was offered a completely new system for £210. Obviously I accepted this offer and on Friday your technician arrived ready to do the work. Before starting to replace the system he asked what the earlier fault was and within a couple of minutes diagnosed a back up battery fault. He offered to replace the battery, re set the alarm and give me a 90 day offer to upgrade to the original offer if not satisfied. So for £100 I now have a serviceable system and peace of mind. So, once again Crime-Stop Security thank you very much for your commendable service, I will take great delight in recommending you to my neighbours and colleagues. Regards and thanks Dave Collier
